Shipping Policy
At this time we only ship within the United States. All retail orders are typically shipped out in 1-4 business days but may
take longer at any given time, for any given reason. We ship via USPS first class or priority mail which then typically
takes an additional 2-4 days for the product to arrive (within the 48 contiguous States). We also offer FedEx 2-Day
shipping and UPS Shipping as well. Shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time for any
reason.
Please note that at this time USPS will not deliver to Military Bases and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes. If you place
an order to one of these locations your order will be placed on indefinite hold and you may be banned from future
purchases at our sole discretion.
Once a package leaves our facility and/or makes it into the possession of the carrier, Hempstar is no longer liable
for the status or location of your order.
Hempstar Farm offers Route Shipping Insurance as a cost-effective way to ensure all packages safely make it to their
destination. If you choose to opt-out of Route Shipping Insurance, you are denying coverage of your order as Hempstar
Farm is not responsible or liable for any lost, delayed, missing, stolen, or damaged packages.
If you did opt-in to Route Shipping Insurance and you are experiencing an issue with the shipment or delivery of your
